Ümit Temoçin: “Our Players Showed Great Fight in the Fourth Quarter...”
In the 24th week of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League, Anadolu Efes defeated Tofaş 92-82 at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center. Following the disqualification of our head coach Pablo Laso due to two technical fouls, our assistant coach Ümit Temoçin took over the team and shared his thoughts after the game:
“The enthusiasm of our players came from winning a game where I was coaching them for the first time. Thankfully, they all fought very well, and we earned a good victory at home. Now we will prepare for the upcoming Euroleague game in high spirits. We lost control in the third quarter -I think the period ended 17-26. However, our players showed a great fight in the fourth quarter. Thanks to that, we came back, and by making the right decisions on offense, we managed to win the game by 10 points.”
